Since 1983, Tapani has grown from a grass-roots, single-family business to a team of over 600 employees located out of our Washington, Oregon, and Idaho offices. As our team has grown and diversified significantly, so has our ability to construct varying categories of projects. Initially specialized in the construction of underground utility work, our capabilities now include both design-build and design-bid build in five different markets: Civil Site Development, Buildings, Transportation, Utility Infrastructure, and Environmental.
