Since we are involved in the telecommunications industry, for producing an integrated Quality Control System (QCS), we have to be in compliance with QC related requirements of FCC (Federal Communications Commission), EIA (Electronic Industry Association), TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association) and the National Board of Fire Underwriters for Electrical Wiring and Apparatus. Our QCS provides a documentation outlining of procedures that build quality and reliability in our workmanship as well as a vehicle available to our Technicians and Managers for process compliance and improvement on an ongoing and continuous basis. It brings about customer satisfaction to our clients and an advantage to us over our competition.
