Tarr LLC is a full-service independent distributor of chemicals based in Portland, Oregon. It operates a network of facilities to serve the western United States and the Pacific Rim, including a bulk and packaging center in Portland, a Seattle-area warehouse and sales office, and a Phoenix laboratory and packaging site, plus a national network of suppliers and local agents. About 95% of Tarr orders are delivered by its own trucks and drivers, enabling local execution of orders across its service area.

The company began in 1955 as Priestley Oil in Portland, was renamed Tarr by Byron Tarr in 1980, and in 2003 Skip Tarr purchased the assets to form Tarr, LLC. It is a founding member of OmniChem and maintains ISO 9001:2015 quality management along with the Responsible Distribution program to support quality and safety.
