TASC Towers is an independent TowerCo, building, owning and operating shared communications infrastructure across the Middle East and North Africa. We enable mobile network operators, governments and infrastructure partners to expand coverage, increase capacity and improve network performance through infrastructure sharing, infrastructure grade operations and an AI-enabled platform. Our end-to-end passive infrastructure services include colocation, build-to-suit, tower sale and leaseback, operations and maintenance, and urban densification solutions such as rooftops, in-building solutions, small cells and smart poles. Following an agreement between Zain and Ooredoo, TASC Towers plans to scale to a multi-market platform with more than 35,000 tower assets across Qatar, Kuwait, Algeria, Tunisia, Iraq and Jordan, while preserving an independent, neutral-host model. We also invest in resilient, efficient site power through hybrid modernisation, solar integration where viable, remote monitoring and cooling optimisation, supporting practical progress toward our 2050 net zero target.
