1.	Services we provide – typically for 3-9 months
a.	Provide coaching on using social media to brand oneself (author/artist/singer) – how to sell yourself/get your friends to “sell you” but how to do it in such a way that you don’t feel like you are using your friends and your friends do not feel used
b.	Point people to resources – books, online, classes to learn social media tools
c.	What we specialize in is the one-on-one – helping them with 1st posts, 1st tweets, 1st blog entries, how to integrate, where to go next, positive feedback, shoulder to cry on
d.	Continue to check in monthly for 1-year post-“done”
e.	Send out monthly newsletter on technology, reminders, helpful tips, blurbs about new and past clients
f.	Client is charged 15% of royalties/cash advances for all media currently for sale & all media that goes up for sale/has signed contracts during the time they are working with us.  As long as the client receives royalties they pay the company 15%.  New products created after the relationship after the relationship is over is not included.
