As Principal Broker of the TCI Group – Lowry & Foster agency in Bristol, Rick manages and coordinates the agency’s commitment to commercial brokerage and development within the Tri-Cities region. One of Rick’s strengths is to coordinate with and assist local and regional real estate developers in securing national-level tenants for new shopping center development throughout the region.
Rick brings a strong financial background and experience including extensive loan origination and new business marketing. He has a B. S. in Business Administration from Bristol College, Bristol, TN. He most recently served as the New Business Development / Trust Officer for First Virginia Bank.
Mr. Armstrong is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Bristol, Tennessee Virginia Association of Realtors, and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors – Commercial Member for over twenty years. In his spare time, he serves the community on a number of Non-Profit Boards of Directors and supports the Boys & Girls Club of the Mountain Empire.
