TCW Computer Systems Inc., was founded at the Landis Family Farm on Greystone Road in East Petersburg, PA in 1991 by Lamar S. Weaver. The following year TCW moved about 4 miles to the old brick farmhouse at Chiques Creek Farm. In 1996 TCW moved again to the Shady Brae Business Park at 254 S. Esbenshade Road, Manheim. Our original 2400 sq foot office was expanded in January of 2001 to 5200 sq feet of space to accommodate our growing number employees. In 2004 TCW purchased Glick Audio on Lincoln Highway East in Lancaster. Later, in 2013, Glick Audio and TCW came under the same roof at the Esbenshade location. TCW Computer Systems (TCW) and Glick Audio and Video (GAV) together reflect the convergence of the audio/video world and computer networking. In January of 2016, Lamar sold the business to a long time employee who teamed up with a business partner for ownership and day to day operations. In July of 2022 TCW-GAV moved once again to accomodate its growing number of staff. Our current location is 1585 Commerce Drive, Lancaster, PA, just a few miles away from our old Esbenshade Road address.
