We are all about collaborating with our clients and building solutions that are customized for each client’s individual situation.  We want to relieve some of the stress and anxiety we have seen so many office managers experience in their daily lives. Clinic managers quickly find themselves overwhelmed with balancing billing and office management activities. Being able to streamline those processes means a shorter turnaround time on claims, improved cash flow, and happier internal employees. 

Our goal is to be an extension of the provider's office and to have relationships with our clients that go beyond typical client/vendor relationships.  We want to be able to identify the things that are preventing clinics from functioning at top efficiency and provide a solution for each of those issues.

Our staff experience covers billing, credentialing, clinic management, new clinic set up, contract negotiations, and administrative services. We have processes in place to minimize down-time due to credentialing or contracting issues, and our relationships with carriers ensure that problems are resolved with confidence. 

Our medical billing team provides a vital service connecting health care providers, insurance companies, and their patients. Our services can be customized to fit every practice. We handle services from Credentialing to Collections, including time consuming tasks like claim filing, payment posting, appeals, and follow-up.

We offer a quick turnaround time on each claim, thorough follow-through, and a complete and timely revenue cycle.  A/R is worked regularly and vigorously. All statement and collection questions are handled by our office.

Whether it’s billing/claim follow-up, provider credentialing, or something in between, we help eliminate the headache and time spent on paperwork and endless phone calls, allowing physicians and office managers to devote more of their time with their patients.
