Team Idaho Real Estate provides service to the public through a team approach.  That means every REALTOR, an or staff member work to increase the overall productivity of the company, thus providing the ulitmate assistance to Buyers, Sellers, Owners and Tenants who utilitze our services.   

Team Washington Real Estate opened in Colfax in 2009.  Team Idaho/Washington Real Estate works with first time home buyers, relocating buyers, sellers, move up buyers.  In Idaho we also offer property management services.

Team Idaho Real Estate has a history of being a locally owned company.  The company began as Harden Realty in the 70's, the company was renamed to Bennett and Associates in 1992.  Debbie Loaiza took over as managing broker in 2001, purchased the company in 2005 and changed the name to Team Idaho Real Estate in 2007.
