Team London Bridge is a nonprofit Business Improvement District governed by the local business community for the benefit of area businesses. The district covers the London Bridge area, extending from London Bridge to just past Tower Bridge in the north and down to Guy’s Hospital and the King’s College London campus in the south, including notable estates such as London Bridge City and Shard Quarter, City Hall, and more than 400 businesses. Since its establishment in 2005, the organization has pursued initiatives aimed at making London Bridge a sustainable, culturally innovative, and compelling destination for business and tourism, with a focus on security, placemaking, environmental initiatives, place promotion, responsible business, and networking.
BIDs operate in five-year terms, and Team London Bridge's most recent ballot was in early 2021, with 95% of votes in favour. The organization is based in London, England, and functions as a mid-sized nonprofit serving the London Bridge area. In May 2025, Centre for London partnered with Team London Bridge to explore how placemaking can maximise the positive impact on health and wellbeing in the district.
