Team LPAC is a Washington, DC-based political organization focused on expanding LGBTQ representation by electing LGBTQ women and nonbinary people. Founded in 2012 by LGBTQ women seeking a seat at the power table, the group emerged from a perception that queer women and nonbinary candidates were underrepresented. It endorses candidates and supports their campaigns through independent expenditure efforts. 

LPAC centers on candidates who advocate for LGBTQ and women's equality, women's health, and social justice. It also seeks to unify LGBTQ women as a distinct political demographic and to mobilize allies who champion LGBTQ rights nationwide. The organization maintains a small staff and is based in Washington, DC.
