Over 15 years ago, Team MPI was founded by athletes wanting to create a coaching company that coached the athlete, not the sport. We wanted to create a coaching culture that was supportive, inspirational and forever respected athletes' aspirations and dreams.  
Today, I'm doing just that. As co-founder of Team MPI, I am continually inspired and amazed by athletes' determination to reach their goals. From the first-time athlete to the professional elite, I truly love being a part of your team. My mission goal as your coach is simple:
 
To foster the inclusion of sport in daily life in a balanced and enriching way that provides a sense of purpose, accomplishment and joy.
