TeamMates Mentoring Program is a nonprofit organization founded in 1991 by Dr. Tom and Nancy Osborne. It runs school-based mentoring aimed at helping students reach their full potential through ongoing mentor relationships. Known as the largest program of its kind in the United States, it has served more than 51,000 students since its inception and currently supports about 10,000 students across 186 chapters in six states: Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
