Tech Valley Center of Gravity is a nonprofit organization in downtown Troy that operates as a makerspace, manufacturing incubator, and STEAM education hub. It provides affordable access to workspace, equipment, and hands-on training for startups and hobbyists who share a passion to create. The facilities span more than 10,000 square feet and include dedicated zones for different fabrication disciplines along with coworking space.

It supports the regional manufacturing ecosystem with a NYS-certified 16V Manufacturing Incubator that offers coaching and risk mitigation for startups bringing products to market, and it participates as an Innovate 518 partner. The organization also runs ThinQubator, a children's makerspace with STEAM programs for families and schools, and in 2022 appointed Michele Madigan as executive director.
