Techqueria is a Latiné-led nonprofit redefining the tech industry through the power of community, opportunity, and equity. With over 25,000 members representing 22 countries across the Americas and the Caribbean, Techqueria is the largest network of Latiné professionals in tech, creating spaces where Latiné talent can connect, thrive, and drive innovation.

At Techqueria, we believe there is no innovation without representation. The tech industry is at its best when it reflects the diverse society it serves. We’re dedicated to ensuring Latiné voices are heard, celebrated, and valued at every level—from emerging talent to C-suite leaders and entrepreneurs.

What We Do
Building Community: Our Slack platform hosts nearly 19K members engaging across 190 channels, including regional hubs and career-focused discussions. We foster connections through local events in 10+ chapters nationwide and a range of national gatherings.

Creating Opportunities: Techqueria provides resources for career development, mentorship, and skill-building through initiatives like career fairs, panel discussions, and partnerships with leading tech companies. This year alone, we hosted 89 in-person events, serving over 3,300 attendees.

Advocating for Equity: Partnering with industry leaders, we amplify DEI efforts, ensuring companies have the tools and insights to support Latiné professionals. We also highlight member stories, celebrating the contributions of Latiné talent to tech and beyond.

Why We Matter
Latiné professionals are a driving force in the U.S. economy, contributing $3.2 trillion to GDP annually. Despite this, representation in tech leadership remains low. Techqueria is changing this narrative by empowering Latiné professionals to thrive, innovate, and lead.
