Tecton's success as a construction manager comes in great part from our strong emphasis on pre-construction planning and feasibility analysis. Working with an Architect at this early stage is the ideal way to develop the best program for our clients because our cost-control disciplines help the Architect design a project that can be built and delivered at, or under budget, with no surprises.

Established in 1983 and Incorporated in 1989, Tecton specializes in construction management and design/build for commercial, municipal, and industrial clients. Tecton’s geographical market is in Tippecanoe County and surrounding areas less than one hour’s drive to our Lafayette Corporate Office. The reason for this is two-fold; first we have intimate knowledge of the subcontractor base and do enough work to have influence over them.  Secondly, our experience has been that less than a one-hour drive does not adversely affect the performance of my staff. Our team currently consists of eight (8) project managers and support personnel. Collectively, Tecton’s professional staff has been successfully involved in more than $1,000,000,000 (billion) worth of construction.
