Who We Are

Tejas Investment Partners is a private equity firm making control investments in lower middle market companies in Texas.  Our partners have spent over two decades financing, investing and growing businesses in Texas.

What We Like

We only partner with companies where we can make a difference.  It is our preference to partner with companies greater than $3 million of free cash flow.  We most often work with founder-owned companies on buyouts, recapitalizations, generational transitions and management buyouts.
