David Tekell has an active civil litigation docket and has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Super Lawyer in Consumer and Business Litigation since 2012, and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Consumer and Commercial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. Mr. Tekell also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the Baylor University School of Law.

Angela Tekell served 10 years as in-house counsel to a fast growth school district, and is an active member of the Texas Council of School Attorneys and State Bar of Texas School Law Section. She handles issues particular to public school districts, including special education medication and due process hearings, grievances, personnel matters, open government issues, TEA and OCR complaints and Title IX, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and bullying investigations.
