Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT) is the country’s largest provider of communications solutions for residential and commercial customers, supported by an IP-based core infrastructure and offered under the bmobile brand. Founded in 1991 and based in Port of Spain, the company is jointly owned by National Enterprises Limited (NEL) and Cable & Wireless (West Indies) Limited, with NEL majority-owned by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.

TSTT provides broadband and mobile access and a range of services for business and home users across its network. Its customer base includes leaders in finance, energy, government, manufacturing, education, healthcare and tourism. In December 2025, TSTT partnered with the Public Services Association to launch an Affinity Plan for PSA members.
