Through the Telemachus community, emerging leaders form inter-generational friendships with experienced leaders and together grapple with issues openly and honestly 

Origin of the name:
As Odysseus was heading off to war he searched his community for a man to provide wisdom and guidance to his young son Telemachus.  The man he found was named Mentor.
