Our purpose is “Bringing glory to God by making maturing disciples of Jesus.” This is the reason we exist and gives direction and focus to everything we do. At Temecula Hills, we have three categories or “hills” of values: THEOLOGICAL We are GOD-CENTERED, BIBLE-SATURATED, and THOUGHTFUL. We are centered around and treasure God, who is most clearly revealed through Jesus. We treasure the Bible as our source of life-giving truth and the most relevant book on earth. We emphasize the development of the Christian mind so that we are in the business of creating intelligent, thoughtful, warmhearted Christians who wear Christ attractively. RELATIONAL We are a FAMILY OF BELIEVERS who embraces SHARED-LEADERSHIP and prioritizes GRACIOUSNESS. We are a church family that is committed to and cares for one another. We believe in a genuine plurality of leadership, and therefore are led and taught by a group of qualified men, under our Senior Pastor—Jesus. We prioritize God’s grace and seek to express that in our relationships with each other. MISSIONAL We seek to live out the BODY-LIFE that occurs when a diversely gifted group of people is united in serving God together, believing that each person’s contribution is important. We embrace GOSPEL-INTEGRATED LIVING that does not compartmentalize our faith, but instead gives purpose to every sphere of life, whether church, family, or work. We are vigilant in having a GLOBAL VISION, so that we see and reach out to the world with the gospel of Jesus.
