Temple College Foundation is in the business of student success. We work towards this in three main areas: Scholarships, Loans, and Work Force Preparation. The Foundation was founded as a separate entity from our affiliated college, Temple College, in order to provide scholarships to students. Our Leopard Loan program is our fastest growing program. These short term, no-interest loans are available to students, faculty and staff of Temple College to provide for tuition, fees, and books, but is also designed to be there keep students in school when financial emergencies arise. The Foundation also employees many student workers to supplement our 4 full-time staff positions. We try to focus student worker task to the career field they have selected, while growing them as people and potential employees. The Other Main Goal of the Foundation is to Keep the Community Connected to the College. The Foundation heads man community programs. Ride Bike Temple!, Downtown Farmers Market, Kings & Queens of Cuisine, Low Brow High Tea, and Annual Golf Tournament, just to name a few. The events are designed for community members and donors to support the Foundation while having fun and interacting with students.
