The organization supports research teams and institutions through grants, aiming to advance knowledge and progress in these areas. It operates with a relatively small staff and is headquartered in Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas. In January 2026, the foundation appointed Francis Campbell as President, marking a recent leadership update. The foundation has funded diverse projects—from character education initiatives to studies on consciousness and human flourishing—reflecting its cross-disciplinary grantmaking.
