Since 1978 TGCSA has been serving the needs of its members.

The mission of this association is:

Maintain a high standard of integrity and efficiency in the welfare of the food industry, foster and promote the welfare of such business and disseminate useful information in the best interest of the food industry and the public.

TGCSA works closely with the Tennessee General Assembly, state departments and government officials to assure the food industry is represented.
