The Tennessee Grocers & Convenience Store Association is the only food trade association that represents all segments of Tennessee’s food market. Membership is comprised of retail grocery store and convenience store operations as well as food industry wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors and suppliers. Since 1978 TGCSA has been serving the needs of its members.

The mission of this association is:

Maintain a high standard of integrity and efficiency in the welfare of the food industry, foster and promote the welfare of such business and disseminate useful information in the best interest of the food industry and the public.

TGCSA works closely with the Tennessee General Assembly, state departments and government officials to assure the food industry is represented. The association also provides valuable networking opportunities for members and is the best resource for grocers, c-store operators, suppliers and wholesalers about activities affecting the industry statewide.
