The Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) is a nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee, founded in 1980. It operates four venues: Andrew Jackson Hall, James K. Polk Theater, Andrew Johnson Theater, and War Memorial Auditorium. The center presents performances to broad audiences through the HCA/TriStar Health Broadway at TPAC series, as well as engagements and the productions of three resident companies—Nashville Ballet, Nashville Opera, and Nashville Repertory Theatre. It also provides educational offerings for teachers and students, including resources, professional development opportunities, classroom residencies, and enrichment programs. In 2026, TPAC launched the Discovery Series, a flexible season package designed to give audiences more choice. Also in 2026, the organization disclosed designs for a new campus in Nashville, with initial designs unveiled.
