The Tennyson Center for Children is a Denver-based organization in the mental health care sector focused on addressing the needs of individuals affected by trauma and other adverse experiences. It operates an accredited therapeutic K-12 school on its campus with a 3-to-1 student-to-staff ratio, and provides in-home and community services across 12 Colorado counties to deliver preventive support and therapy for children from birth through adulthood. In addition, the center offers residential youth services under the Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP) for youths who qualify. Since 2019, it has led Rewiring, a statewide initiative aimed at keeping families safely together and reducing involvement with the child welfare system. In 2025, the center participated in the Mile High Q & Groove event and celebrated the 15th anniversary of this community event.
