Tera applies clinical reasoning to patient health data, generates personalized care protocols, and executes them daily through AI agents — continuously learning which interventions work best. AI agents draft protocols and coach patients; practitioners supervise and make all final clinical decisions.
Tera operates across two products. TeraPro is the practitioner platform — AI copilots that translate labs, wearables, and diagnostics into clinical insights and personalized protocols, monitor adherence, and adapt care between visits. The Tera Patient Copilot guides patients through daily nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and behavior decisions while keeping their practitioner informed.
We focus on prevention and lifestyle-driven chronic disease, where nutrition, behavior, and adherence drive most health outcomes. By capturing what was prescribed, what patients did, and what happened to their health, Tera builds the longitudinal intelligence layer that continuously improves protocols and aligns patients, practitioners, and the healthcare supply chain around measurable outcomes.
Tera goes to market in two ways: an all-inclusive platform for individual practitioners and small clinics — clinical reasoning, protocol building (meal plans, supplement stacks, fitness, sleep, stress management), scheduling, telehealth, AI scribe, and patient coaching — and clinical intelligence API modules for mid-size and enterprise organizations — labs, telehealth networks, clinic groups, and health systems — embedded into existing products and workflows without replacing current infrastructure.
