Terri E. Hilliard, Esq. is the founder of Terri Hilliard, P.C. law offices in Westlake Village, Santa Barbara and Burbank, CA. Her practice centers on advanced estate and business succession planning, asset preservation, special needs trusts, and family protection planning for seniors, individuals and families. She is also a private mediator focused on helping families, elders, individuals and businesses resolve disputes.
