Terris, Pravlik & Millian, LLP was founded by Bruce J. Terris in 1970 as one of the first private public interest law firms in the country.  

We specialize in civil rights and environmental litigation under federal fee-shifting laws.  Since the early days of the environmental movement, our firm has been a pioneer in environmental litigation, setting landmark precedents in the federal courts -- including the United States Supreme Court.
