Testarossa Winery is a California-based producer of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir located in Los Gatos, within the Silicon Valley area. It operates from the historic Novitiate Winery, a gravity-flow facility originally built in 1888 by Jesuit Fathers and Brothers, which remains a working winery and also serves as a venue for private events. The estate blends traditional winemaking techniques with modern technology and produces roughly 30,000 twelve-bottle cases per year. The founders, Rob and Diana Jensen, turned a weekend winemaking hobby into a winery in 1993, with winemaking oversight provided by Director of Winemaking Bill Brosseau since 2000. In September 2024, the company expanded its on-site offerings with the launch of Bistro 107.
