We offer a turn-key, no-customer-investment, complete program to upgrade interior and exterior fluorescent, halogen and incandescent lights with high efficiency, superior light-providing LED lighting. We install all the conversion accessories and lights required. We remove and properly recycle obsolete bulbs and eliminate the need for ballasts. We provide replacement service should any lights fail during the service agreement period – all on a 60 or 72-month service agreement that includes the upgrades.

We call our program "REDAAP"​ - Reduced Energy Demand Across America Program

REDAAP is not a lease. There is no first or last and no buy-out at the end. We maintain the new lights for you in the maintenance agreement. If any lights fail during the 5-year or 7-year program, we fix them at our expense. At the end of the program, the lights belong to you.
