The Texas Center for Educator Excellence (TxCEE) is an Austin-based satellite office of the Region 18 Education Service Center, operating in education administration programs. It provides leadership and technical assistance across Texas to improve educator effectiveness. Over the last decade, TxCEE has received three Teacher Incentive Fund Grants and one Teacher and School Leader Grant from the U.S. Department of Education, totaling more than $175 million. Through statewide projects, the organization seeks to equip educators, align district resources, and increase educator effectiveness through training, coaching, and instructional support for teachers and principals.
