In the Appalachian Basin, TIE manages roughly 32,000 net acres through XPR Resources and Penn Natural Resources, supported by two offices in southwestern Pennsylvania, 153 producing wells and about 300 proven or future locations, and 1.1 TCF in net reserves; the assets span Washington, Westmoreland, Armstrong, Clearfield, and Centre counties, and the company owns and operates midstream and gathering systems via RW Gathering LLC.
