Global Higher Ed TIEC is a Texas-based, globally engaged consortium comprising 70 higher education institutions and access to a broad network of over 50,000 faculty and administrators, presenting a substantial market for partnership programs, accreditation support, and curricular modernization services.

International Partnerships Recent collaboration with Aaru and emphasis on international university partnerships signal opportunities for joint degree initiatives, student mobility programs, and strategic internationalization services tailored to foreign institutions seeking Texas and global collaboration.

Afghan Fellowship TIEC has established fellowships for Afghan evacuees to support higher education access, indicating strong social-impact funding channels and potential for expanded scholarship programs, capacity-building grants, and targeted outreach to refugee-focused or humanitarian education initiatives.

Online and Tech Enablement Utilization of a modern tech stack (AWS, HubSpot, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, etc.) plus engagement platforms suggests readiness for Digital Transformation offerings, CRM-driven enrollment partnerships, and scalable program delivery solutions for international student programs.

Funding Profile Revenue range of 1M–10M and a lean employee base imply potential for high-margin consulting, accreditation, and program design services aimed at expanding capacity, improving efficiency, and helping member institutions scale international initiatives.
