Founded in 1982, TFN Architectural Signage, Inc. (AKA, Third Floor North) has grown to become one of the most respected custom signage and experiential graphic fabricators on the West Coast. TFN's reputation is forged with developers, general contractors, architects and environmental graphic design studios across the country with thorough project management, quality fabrication, and its company motto: “The job is never completed until the customer and the vision is completely satisfied.”

TFN Architectural Signage, Inc. consist of four major divisions. The Business Development Division constructs plans with architects and environmental graphic designers to ensure proposed designs; competitive bids stick to the proposed documents; and timetables are met with the agreed upon deadlines and budgets.

The second major division is our Project Management Division whom ensures that your project is implemented while developing the working drawings to adhere to all codes, ensuring safe and proper installation, and generating maximum labor productivity and efficiency based upon the mutually agreed upon project proposal.

The third major division is our Fabrication Division whom embraces over 80 collective years of fabrication experience to deliver products and paint finishes that will last well beyond TFN’s standard warranty of 3 years. Responding to designers’ and developers’ requests for better quality in the industry, TFN has in some cases set the fabrication standard for limited visible fasteners, seamless construction, and quality paint finishes, which may be why TFN was awarded the Best Custom Fabricator in 2006 from the international Society of Environmental Graphic Designers (SEGD).

The fourth major division is our Installation Division whom is dedicated to ensuring a safe, secure and clean installation of your project. With the ability to expand or contract crews at any time, TFN Architectural Signage can handle all local, interstate, or even international projects.
