Our Firm TG&W Engineers, Inc. (TG&W), located in Austin, TX, was formed in January 2010. TG&W offers traditional and not so traditional engineering services for the private and public sectors. These services include planning, analysis, design, commissioning, energy modeling, sustainable design, energy audits, systems troubleshooting, quality control/ peer review, value engineering, and conceptual costs estimating. TG&W is certified by the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). Our Team TG&W was founded by Wendy Thompson (President), Heidi Green (Treasurer), and Mike Wong (Operations Manager). This leadership team brings 55 years of combined experience in project management, business ownership, and operations management garnered from related high tech and engineering fields. Joining the founding leaders are Cameron Labunski, Tod Thompson, and Tom Green as Directors of Engineering. These Professional Engineers bring strong technical leadership through their combined seventy years of engineering experience over a broad range of project types and services. TG&W provides seamless MEP engineering services through its HUB alliance with Tom Green & Company Engineers, Inc. (TGCE). As part of this teaming, TGCE and TG&W have established a mentor protégé relationship focused on strengthening the ability of each entity to meet the needs of their respective client bases. Through this association, TG&W is able to offer a talent pool with nearly four hundred combined years of experience. In addition, through both its founders and directors of engineering, TG&W also has relationships with design professionals in and beyond the MEP disciplines, allowing a full spectrum of quality engineering services to be seamlessly delivered.
