Donor Platform Optimization With a WooCommerce footprint and a solid donor base, TAC can benefit from a unified donor management system, recurring giving programs, and multi-channel campaigns that boost fundraising, events, and merchandise sales. A bundled offering combining CRM, marketing automation, and integrated ecommerce would fit well.

Tech Modernization Their tech stack shows room for modernization and security enhancements. Propose a modernization package including front-end replatforming, CRM integration, cloud hosting, and security hardening to improve site performance, accessibility, and donor trust.
