The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region is a private nonprofit organization based in Aberdeen, Maryland, serving residents of Harford and Cecil Counties in the health and human services space. In January 2026, The Arc NCR launched Monarc LLC, an integrated health and wellness practice offering trauma-informed mental health services for people of all abilities.
