The Arc of Washington State is a statewide nonprofit organization in the field of Individual and Family Services, based in Olympia, Washington. It was founded in 1936 and grew from a small group of parents into a broad advocacy network that includes individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, service providers, and other community members. It is affiliated with The Arc of the United States and supports nine local county chapters. The Arc coordinates a statewide advocacy network intended to advance inclusive communities and access to supports for its members and stakeholders. In December 2024, it released its 2025 Legislation Session Notebook to outline priorities for policy engagement.
