The Archer Foundation connects people with opportunities to improve their lives. We pursue this mission through two unique programs: 

Get Started: The Archer team is passionate about business ownership, job creation and economic growth in Kansas City. We help entrepreneurs start and grow new companies by providing hands-on support, focused education, collaborative workspace, and access to local experts and investors. By supporting a new generation of entrepreneurs, we can create enduring local companies and provide tremendous economic opportunities for individuals, families and the entire community. 

Get Involved: We’re privileged to work with Kansas City non-profits that provide education, career training and critical services to people in need of new opportunities. We have full-time staff who work directly with these organizations to assess their strengths, evaluate their needs, and connect them with volunteers and donors from across our broad network. Every organization we support offers a chance to make an immediate impact on the lives of people in our community.
