The Balanced Brain is an integrative neuroregulation practice specializing in EEG-informed neurofeedback and Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) training. We work at the level of brain self-regulation — not symptom suppression. Our model combines traditional EEG band training (informed by quantitative assessment and clinical observation) with Infra-Low Frequency neurofeedback to support network stability, arousal regulation, and functional resilience. We view neurofeedback as training, not treatment. Rather than applying protocols in the abstract, we observe how each brain responds and adjust accordingly. Regulation emerges through learning.
