The Bank of Fayetteville opened its doors in 1987 with the mission to provide a financial institution that improves the well-being and success of its employees and customers by treating all with dignity, respect, and compassion. Deeply rooted in Arkansas soil, our tradition of community-oriented banking and providing our customers with the best financial products and services available is the foundation of our bank family. With five branches in Fayetteville and branches in Farmington, Prairie Grove, and West Fork, The Bank of Fayetteville makes decisions locally, and offers competitive rates and a full line of banking, mortgage, lending, and trust services. The Bank of Fayetteville became a subsidiary of Farmers and Merchants Bank, Stuttgart, AR, in December 2015. This union established an even stronger financial structure, renewed commitment to community involvement, and expanded our lending opportunities into agri-lending and secondary mortgages.
