Established in 2004, The BioExec Institute is a network of top executives, key influencers, and other visionaries in the life sciences industry, many of whom shape the future of biotechnology. As a global non-profit organization, The BioExec Institute’s primary mission is twofold:

1) Encourage the building and strengthening of important working relationships among industry leaders in a global context

2) Promote continued investment and growth in the life sciences

To achieve these goals, the Institute has established a uniquely intimate and private annual event where approximately 80 leading figures in the life sciences industry meet to stay ahead of the industry trends and to socialize directly with potential partners and investors. This strictly ‘invitation-only’ meeting provides a balanced blend of business and social activities that focus on the forging of direct alliances.

The program is developed under the guidance of our Board of Directors and Advisory Board, whose combined experience and knowledge of the industry assists in shaping the content and advising on the selection of people to attend. The Retreat agenda and discussions are driven, shaped, and enacted by the audience themselves, making this an informal and highly interactive format that allows our attendees to have frank, open, and crucially off-the-record discussions.

In creating this Retreat, The BioExec Institute recognizes that in an era of big conferences and endless satellite meetings, it has become increasingly difficult to find the right opportunity for productive networking and deal making. As such, our Annual Retreat places a strong emphasis on maximizing the valuable time and resources of our members through an advanced networking system.
