The Bridge Health Clinics & Research Centers, Inc. offers care services for persons adversely affected (either themselves or loved ones) by mental illness, addiction, disability, other psychological health factors, physical illness, and/or socio-economic factors. We work with children, adolescents, adults and families. Our integrated, inter-disciplinary team approach to each client’s individualized care plan includes an array of services provided by outstanding professionals. The Care Teams are comprised of Psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), Psychiatrists (M.D.), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Substance Abuse Counselors, Nurses, Dieticians, Physical Therapists, and Employment/Career Specialists. Examples of our care services include: • Individual counseling • Group counseling • Family/couples counseling • Educational programs • Wellness programs including nutrition consultation, exercise, and stress management • Smoking cessation • Job training • Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment • Medication evaluation and management • Care Coordination Services We accept most insurance plans and if you do not have insurance, we are happy to help you determine your eligibility for available programs.
