The Bridge Health Clinics & Research Centers, Inc. offers care services for persons adversely affected (either themselves or loved ones) by mental illness, addiction, disability, other psychological health factors, physical illness, and/or socio-economic factors. Our integrated, inter-disciplinary team approach to each client’s individualized care plan includes an array of services provided by outstanding professionals. The Care Teams are comprised of Psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), Psychiatrists (M.D.), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Substance Abuse Counselors, Nurses, Dieticians, Physical Therapists, and Employment/Career Specialists. Examples of our care services include:
