The Buffalo Wellness Center is all about helping communities live healthier and we wholeheartedly support and encourage holistic health practices as an integral tool in healthy living. Our goal is to educate people about holistic care and healthy living and to provide the opportunities to make them part of everyone’s lifestyle. We are teachers, counselors, and enablers. Our teaching comes through the programs, workshops, and health expos we conduct. We counsel and advise everyone interested in holistic care to help them make good choices in health. We enable by offering Wellness Grants and items like juicers and essential oils to those who otherwise could not afford them.

The Buffalo Wellness Center is staffed by passionate people who have experienced the benefits of holistic care. Many of us incorporate facets of health holism in our lifestyles and are eager to share our success stories with others. We have survivors of cancers, stroke, heart disease, and loss among us, all with first hand experience in various holistic therapies.

When we are able to sponsor a woman fighting cancer and donate therapies to her like massage, nutrition counseling, essential oils, reiki, and acupuncture, we know we are doing something special. When we are able to teach several young women with cancer about nutrition and help them make healthy smoothies and donate a new blender to each of them, and see the enthusiasm and hope in their eyes, we know we are on to something. There are many opportunities to help people and communities live healthier and at the Buffalo Wellness Center, that is our constant goal and mission.
