The Burgundy Group, Inc. ("TBGI") is a PeopleSoft applications, Oracle database and AWS infrastructure managed and consulting services firm operating primarily in the higher education marketplace.  TBGI has created a set of PeopleSoft environment generating automations, called Smart EMS, for the AWS cloud.  Smart EMS can launch from scratch, including refreshing the database, new PeopleSoft environments in about 40 minutes.  Smart EMS is a real game changer for managing and supporting PeopleSoft environments in the AWS cloud.  TBGI also is the exclusive licensor and implementor of Smart Planner, a PeopleSoft Academic Advisement bolt on that generates a unique, optimized, semester-by-semester study plan for each student based on his or her declared major, transcript to date, load and attendance preferences, published class schedule and course catalog.
