The Capital Solutions Group ("Capital Solutions") is a private advisory firm established by colleagues Tim Shoyer and Bob Kosian to provide financial advisory services to Companies, Private Equity Groups, and Lenders in the Middle Market.    

Our mission is to provide independent balance sheet advice and execution to stakeholders of highly leveraged businesses.  We will provide value added solutions to clients in financing, restructuring, and M&A transactions.

We are veteran investment banking and credit trained professionals with substantial capital markets, lending, and restructuring experience.  Our managing partners have worked together previously at both NewStar Financial, Inc. and Citigroup and have combined over 50 years of experience.  

We have extensive experience, combining a deep understanding of the capital markets with senior relationships and access to middle market private equity sponsors and institutional lenders.
