The Center for Audiology has been serving the greater Houston area since 2008, founded by Dr. Sara Nagel.   All our audiologists are qualified in all areas of clinical hearing conditions and are prepared to make the most appropriate and personalized recommendations for your specific needs.  We use best practices and evidence-based care to ensure exceptional results.  We specialize in treating complicated hearing losses and tinnitus cases that others have not succeeded in helping. 

The Center for Audiology is an independent private practice and is BBB accredited, and we only carry products from the country’s most trusted manufacturers.  The Center for Audiology achieved Premier Elite Lyric provider status for 2012-present (indicates high volume of successful fittings).  We were the first practice to bring Lenire, the first FDA-approved tinnitus treatment device, to the Houston market.
