Providing trustworthy guidance and "How To" skills for creating a culture of respect throughout your organization, family, and/or community. Clients include families, parenting organizations, educational institutions (K12, Colleges, & Universities), the US Military around the world and organizations of all sizes. HISTORY & FOCUS Over the past decade, more attention has been given to the crime and danger of dating violence, sexual assault, bystander intervention, consent, and teen sexual behaviors than ever before in our society -- mainly due to cases involving celebrities, athletes, and teen students in middle schools and high schools. Unfortunately, the public debates arising from such prominent cases often lead to even greater misunderstandings of what consent means and how sexual assault is defined. The Date Safe Project provides parents, students, educators, schools, the military, and communities with interactive keynote presentations, speakers, programs, workshops, books, and educational resources that are filled with fun exercises, thought-provoking lessons, emotionally touching stories, and the necessary SKILLS for creating change. Parents are given simple solutions to talk with their kids about tough questions regarding dating and sexual assault awareness.
