These wise animals also naturally demonstrate balanced and shared leadership, giving human groups an intimate experience of stability and trust along with the freedom to give and receive feedback, while valuing each member’s strengths and their dynamic leadership role. 

Our starting point with any group is the horses. Simply put, they are our assessment tool. Stand next to a horse and you will learn everything you need to know about yourself. The work we do within your organization, post-horse experience, will give you countless opportunities to reflect on what you learned with the horses.

Not all of our work is done with horses. Although they’re an essential part of sparking the insights that you’ll likely have, we’ll be continuously coaching your group to develop connection and move toward change. We use a mix of lively discussion, practical application of the lessons you’ve learned from our horse-based work, and hands-on group activities.
